JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for an Solutions Architect with experience in Data Center migration to cloud.

Customer is looking to stand up a private cloud within their data center and offer IaaS, starting with backup or storage as a service.

The idea for the stack to be multi-tenant, and moving forward, will require a ‘self-provisioning’ portal to allow customers to spin up/down virtual machines to suit.

Customer is proposing using WMware (VMware cloud director) and Veeam as a start. The stack architecture need to be designed/developed and some expertise to configure the software to suit. The Architect will be brought on board initially for the scoping and design of the stack.
