JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role:

Our Client is an industry leading West Australian based national and international supplier of Mining equipment and are actively looking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team in Perth.

This role involves but is not limited to:


  • Assist in the design, manufacture and supply quality mining and mineral processing equipment; and uphold the client excellent success rate in meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Mechanical design via 3D modelling for Conveyor, Feeders, Screens and Crushers.
  • Involvement from concept to install, including exposure to in-house fabrication workshop.
  • Create drawings for use in product manufacture including fabrication, assembly layout and installation drawings with full dimensional and geometric tolerancing as and when required.
About you:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mining, Materials Engineering
  • Competent in AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of and experience in design and construction of mining equipment.
