Job Title: Associate Business Architect Job

Duties:

• Own product development experience from inception to MVP;
• Provide subject matter expertise in Australian, US and UK mortgage systems;
• Perform go to market strategy and product feature prioritization for the VELOX suite of products and perform market research analysis;
• Conduct stakeholder interview to understand their business requirements, document problem statement, analyse the requirements and suggest solution;
• Design the application functionalities, document functional and non-functional requirements and associated design documents;
• Create RFP for a new customer outlining the solution to problem statement, design development plan and methodologies, cost and resourcing for the project;
• Liaise between the client and the development team and assist in designing complex, strategic development projects from the functional perspective;
• Figure out the scope of project, define standard methodologies and document risk factors;
• Understand the existing processes/ procedures of the customer and document them;
• Prepare business process flow, user persona, wireframes, product backlog and mapping documents;
• Review Test cases and sign off requirements to ensure completion of functionality;
• Assist UAT users with the User Acceptance Testing;
• Create user manual and organizing training sessions on the product;
• Understand the technical aspects of a product lifecycle and bridging the requirements between the functional and technical teams

Job Requirements:

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Science, Computer Science or related field.
• Requires 8 years of experience in the information technology industry.
• Must have knowledge of payments platform;
• Requires experience in Business Process transformation, GAP Analysis and working knowledge of CRM, microservices and Power BI
