We are looking for a Industrial Engineer with a civil industry experience to join our team.

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures, processes and systems.
  • Establishing standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection, and maintenance according to engineering principles and safety regulations
  • Inspecting procedures to ensure optimum performance is maintained
  • Directing the maintenance of plant buildings and equipment, and coordinating the requirements for new designs, surveys and maintenance schedules
  • Educating employees in methods to ensure project continuity and completeness.
  • Develop detailed task lists and work effort assessment.
  • Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members.
  • Overseeing schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results.
  • Studying project information to determine functions and responsibilities of workers and work units and to identify areas of duplication
  • Analyzing workforce utilization, facility layout, operational data and production schedules and costs to determine optimum worker and equipment efficiencies
  • Preparing and presenting regular internal and external project reports for management.
  • Evaluating and analyzing risks and issues compromising project results and develop plans to mitigate them.
  • Establishing work measurement programs and analyzing work samples to develop standards for labor utilization
  • Leading development of baseline schedule and support Project Manager (PM) in Integrated Baseline Review (IBR).
  • Gathering actual data, updating project schedule and developing reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.

Skill Requirement:

Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification

Or

Have at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification
