About the Roles...

Seeley is an expanding business and is continuously improving our product range to ensure we remain the world leaders in climate efficiency.

We are excited to announce we have newly created positions based at our manufacturing facility in Albury NSW to drive innovation and continuous product improvement at Seeley International. These roles will support the Engineering development with technical support for new product development, product improvement and quality improvement.

About the people…

We require experienced degree qualified Mechanical Engineers or a similar related engineering discipline with demonstrated success working in a hands-on engineering environment to participate in short, medium, and long-term projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Undertake new product development projects
  • Research and develop new technologies related to heating and cooling products
  • Resolve engineering issues related to existing products
  • Manage, plan, prioritise and monitor project activities within agreed time frames and budget constraints
  • Develop product literature and technical documentation
  • Undertake product testing and analysis

Attention to detail with strong technical and problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills will be critical as will your ability to quickly build strong and trusted relationships with all stakeholders. Proficiency with 3D CAD software would be an advantage. A results orientated ‘can-do’ attitude, and a desire to join a progressive team will be critical to your success.

Excellent analytical and research skills for reporting to management on projects is also vital. Demonstrated success in a manufacturing environment would also be an advantage.

We require highly motivated self-starters with strong problem-solving skills with a genuine desire to achieve results. You will need excellent time and project management skills together with effective written and verbal communication skills. Working for a dynamic manufacturing business, flexibility will be very important, as priorities can change rapidly.
