We have an exciting opportunity at our Taren Point office for a motivated and driven Full Time Assistant Account Manager.
Job Description:
This newly created role is primarily to assist with the delivery of successful projects in this rapidly evolving division. Our Commercial Equipment/Hospitality channel has experienced phenomenal growth over the last 18 months and, as a result of this growth, require a passionate, can-do person who can share in this exciting journey. This role will be multi- faceted, consisting of pricing through to liaising with all stakeholders both internal and externally in achieving the most successful delivery of projects both large and small. The ability to communicate both in writing and verbally will be critical as well as a “can –do “attitude to ensure on time and on budget outcomes are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Quoting and pricing of commercial equipment fit-outs
- Assist Sales reps with raising of codes
- Assist Coordinator with installations between subcontractors and builders/Clients
- Assist Coordinator with delivery of equipment from supplier to sites
- Prepare pricing for Tenders
- Download Tender documents and schedules
- Assist with securing project pricing/quotes from suppliers
- Assist customers and Reps on product information & technical advice
- Communicate via telephone and email with Reps, Customers & Suppliers
- Provide internal support to Sales Reps
- Assist in maintaining the supplier library catalogues
- Be involved with supplier training
- Communicate internally with other divisions and other offices
- Any ad hoc duties as required including but not limited to using your skill set within another division/department.
