JOB DESCRIPTION

Tobias Partners is seeking a Senior Project Architect to play a pivotal role in Project Design, Design Development and Tender Documentation. Based in Paddington, we specialise in medium to large complex residential projects.

As a Senior Project Architect you will be responsible for driving delivery of concept design presentations, construction details, DA preparation and CC documentation, tender contract documentation packages and assisting in contract administration once construction commences on site.


Prerequisite Skills & Experience:


  • Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, with at least 10 years experience as a Project Architect
  • Strong proficiency in Vectorworks 2D, preferably 3D, and SketchUp
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies and architectural detailing
  • Experience with larger complex bespoke residential projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to self manage
  • Effectively manage a small project team to meet project program milestones
  • Ability to coordinate and liaise with consultant team, local authorities and other key stakeholders


  • MUST have Australian residency
