The Role

In this vital role, you'll be in charge of estimating for our busy team. From costings and reviewing all contract documentation, to purchasing and keeping track of project related goods, your expertise will help secure projects and successfully complete these projects on budget.

On a typical day, you will be reviewing floor plans, doing take offs, estimating, preparing project documentation and liasing with trades and suppliers.

You'll be part of a friendly local teal that's working on commercial and industrial projects around Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs and making your a mark in the local construction industry.

About you

You are great at what you do and looking for a role with autonomy that you can make your own.

It's essential you've had 5+ years of previous Estimation experience within the Australian construction industry and can confidently read architectural plans and do take offs. You'll be a good communicator, know how to use estimating software and be able to hit the ground running.

If you have MS Project and structural steel knowledge that would be a bonus, however, it's your ability to estimate the full scope of a build that's most important.
