About The Role

A key focus for Woolworths Cyber Security is Identity and Access management and our goal is to ensure that every person has the right access to the right resource at the right time our Stores, Distrubution Centres and Support office networks. We have a diverse technology landscape and equally diverse user access requirements which we service through a dedicated agile delivery squad while driving our IAM itransformation nitiatives.

We need an exeperienced Identity and Access Management Architect to join our team and carry out architecture and design of IAM solutions within Woolworths. The Security Architect - Identity and Access Management role will a key member of our IAM delivery squad o focus on the design of business-driven Identity solutions to meet security requirements related to function, protection, assurance,risk management and compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with Woolworths other support teams, service providers, and external vendors to design and oversee the implementation of IAM solutions
  • Develop, implement and maintain procedures to ensure reliable and secure environments.
  • Work with application teams to integrate their applications into IAM solutions
  • Develop and maintain on-boarding patterns and blueprints
  • Support the product owner in the development of product roadmaps and strategies
  • Assist in the rapid execution of Cybersecurity initiatives by maintaining an appropriate level of prioritization, focus and persistence in an environment of significant change and growth.
  • Ensuring service level objectives are delivered and meet stakeholder expectations for quality at all times.
  • Act as a Stakeholder for all projects delivered into Identity and Access Management operations, ensuring that they meet requirements, are fit for purpose, and deliver secure, consistent and reliable operations
  • Design and develop Continuous Improvement action plans based upon a deep understanding of corporate security policy and regulatory requirements, ensure these are followed to completion
  • Contribute to defining, documenting, maintaining and the implementation and operation of common and where applicable automated processes and solutions owned by IAM team as part of our services to Cyber and IT team and the wider business community.
  • Promote the definition and adoption of common security solutions.
  • Ensure all user and access management documentation is up-to-date, clear and concise, and published in the correct location, easily accessible to IAM team and accepted by the business


What You’ll Bring
  • 8+ years IAM experience with key responsibilities in architecture and design
  • 10+ years of varied overall IT security experience
  • Experience with large multinational and/or a consulting organisation known for its knowledge and experience in world-class business with at least 5 years on Access Management
  • Experience working with and knowledge relating to access security and IAM related solutions such as:
    • Identity Management (SailPoint, IBM, Dell, SAP IdM, etc)
    • Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, Centrify, SAP GRC Access Control)
    • Access Management (Microsoft, Ping, Okta)
    • Public and Private Cloud IAM (Azure, GCP, AWS)
    • Directory Services (Active Directory, Azure, LDAP)
    • Two Factor Authentication (Azure, Google)
    • Single Sign-on and Federation (Azure, SailPoint, Ping)
    • ITSM (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Remedy)
    • SSL Certificates and PKI (Microsoft, Symantec, Trustwave)
    • Banking Access (CBA, Westpac, ANZ, HSBC)
    • and other relevant technologies and solutions
  • Experience in processes improvement including automation, agile methodologies and CI/CD
  • SAP IAM related platform and application experience advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently both individually and in a team environment operating in a fast, complex environment that is constantly changing to accommodate our customer and business needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively, clearly and concisely; able to tailor communications to the size and nature of the audience
  • Proven ability to translate complex scenarios and solutions to a wider IT and non technical audiences
  • Ability to do basic scripting, O/S and database management
  • Experience developing and producing metrics reports for various audiences.
  • Experiences working with large vendors and external support partners
