The Company:
Located in the CBD this multidisciplinary consultancy has a strong presence in the Melbourne market, they specialise in institutional, education, commercial, retail and heritage project. With projects currently under way, this firm is known for its ability to develop their people by giving them ownership of their projects and outcomes.

The Role:
As a Senior/Associate Structural Engineer you will be responsible for leading project teams in the delivery the design and documentation of projects to client satisfaction.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Circa 8+ years of experience as a Structural Engineer
• Strong technical competence
• Project management
• Experience in, or the ability to lead small project teams of engineers and drafters
• A good understanding of design and analysis of all structural materials
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Professional presentation and a good attitude

Benefits:
In reward you will be offered a salary package reflective of your responsibilities and commensurate with your skills and experience, at this stage it is expected to fall between $100,000 and $130,000 however is naturally flexible for the right candidate.
