Redpath are working with a large project home builder who have a strong pipeline of projects over the next 5 years. They are looking for a Production estimator to join the team, this is a great opportunity as they are busy and promote career development.

Production Estimator to be based in the Lower North Shore area and paying between $80K - $90k + super.

Tasks & responsibilities 

  • Continual improvement/development of Estimating Systems
  • Provide accurate Estimates and BoQ's
  • Obtain Quotes and Pricing from Sub-Contractors & Suppliers as required
  • Maintain organised Job files of Live & Completed jobs
  • Manage Variations
  • Support the wider team as required with Sales Estimates
  • Manage/Edit Workflows on Site Management Software to ensure job/time efficiencies
