The Projects & Finance practice of this international firm has enjoyed considerable growth over the last 18 months, and as a Senior Associate, you will slot into a team that boasts significant names in the APAC construction law sector. The Partner you will be working with is young, supportive and extremely successful, and will encourage you to run projects with clients fairly autonomously while being provided support where and when required. In particular, she has extensive experience in large-scale renewable energy projects, having worked with clients on numerous solar, wind, hydro, water and waste treatment projects, including some of the largest renewables projects in the Southern Hemisphere.

The focus of this role will be to assist owners, developers and contractors on the procurement and delivery of major renewable energy projects throughout Australia and Asia. You will regularly assist and advise clients on complex construction procurement methodologies (e.g., EPC, D&B, EPCM, GMP, CLSTK), management of tender processes and the drafting and negotiation of construction, O&M and other ancillary agreements.
