About the role

As a quantity surveyor you will be responsible for Estimates and monitoring construction costs from the project feasibility stage, through tender preparation, to the construction period and beyond::

· Attend tender inspections

· Preparation of detailed bill of quantities

· Assist with tender submissions

· Prepare cost plans

· Issuing tender packages to contractors and suppliers

· Analyse costs received during construction stage and maintain records of current market rates

The role will be based in our Brisbane office in Teneriffe

The successful applicant must have relevant qualification as QS and minimum 18 months experience”

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
