Hays have partnered with a well established Commercial builder who specialise in Education new build permanent and temporary modular projects. They operate on a national scale delivering a broad range of commercial construction projects however they have a strong pipeline of Education projects.

Your new role

• Manage a team of qualified and experienced Estimators
• Client and stakeholder management
• Cost planning and estimating with a Business Development focus
• Reviewing of costings and scopes of works
• The provision of both pre and post contract cost deliverables to the Bid delivery team

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience Estimating in commercial construction in Melbourne
• Experience in people management in Estimating
• Strong presentation skills
• Ambition to commit long term to the business
• Tertiary qualifications related to Construction and Estimating
• Exposure to modular projects preferred but not essential.
