Position Details

As a Sales Executive your primary role is to convert sales enquiries to deals while effectively managing a sales pipeline. You will be working to satisfy the developer, client, and meet R&F business needs.

You will also be responsible for preparing sales appraisals, vendor account management and sourcing sales listings.

As a Sales Executive you will be accountable to consistently achieve individual sales targets and meet key performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to build and sustain new business relationships.

  • Oversee on-boarding and training processes for new sales channels.

  • Manage your external selling groups on existing projects.

  • Be on the road and present current projects to your selling agents.

  • Effectively and diligently track all enquiry communication.
  • Build and manage channel agents to sell R&F projects.
  • Conversion of enquiries to sales.
  • Achieve monthly targets.
  • Cross-selling of all R&F products and services.
  • Self-generation of leads when required.
  • Face-to-face sales inspections - either onsite or at our displays.
  • Comply with sales and leasing processes and liaise with all parties to the contract of sale.
  • Manage interdepartmental relationships through the duration of the sales process.
  • Taking after-hours phone call diversions when required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all R&F projects both locally and interstate.
  • Communicate to Marketing feedback on enquiries and campaigns, together with supplying weekly sales reports.

This role would suit someone with some experience in selling off-the-plan, high-rise, residential apartments, or house and land packages. Holding a real-estate licence as well as own car would be a requirement of this role.
