TRADES ASSISTANT WANTED WITH A 4 DAY WORK WEEK - LONG WEEKEND EVERY WEEKEND.

THE BUSINESS & ROLE:
Encompassing the fields of Electrical, Refrigeration and Energy Efficiency and providing services in installation, maintenance, repairs, and servicing; our group is a valued partner and expert solutions provider to our domestic, commercial and industrial clients.

As a Trades Assistant, your role will involve, but not be limited to:
• Enthusiasm to meet and exceed customer needs
• Participate in all professional services, programs and ensure you are achieving desired targets (KPI’s) as set by Head Office
• Cultivate great team culture
• Disciplined in maintaining high visual presentation standards
• Expertise in customers relations, including on-site manner
• Mastery of your own time management
• Processing electronic and paper-based processes.
• Work closely with Administration team and Management to drive business and develop business strategies

The successful applicant will possess the following:
• A “mechanical” mind
• Construction white card
• Working safely at heights qualification
• CPR / first aid training
• Own hand tools, power tools and testing equipment are required.
• Friendly customer service skills.
• Construction site experience preferred.
• Solar installation experience or preferred.
