Value Pools have an exciting opportunity for a recent school leaver to join our team to commence an apprenticeship for a boat repairer/builder.

The successful candidate will be working alongside highly skilled qualified boat builders learning all aspects of the trade whilst undertaking Certificate III in Marine Craft Construction.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

No prior experience necessary but an interest in all things marine is an advantage
Wanting to learn a trade that can lead to a career and a keen eye for detail are a must
Work well within a team environment and have good communication skills
Must be punctual and be able to get to and from work each day

Requirements:

Prescreening and registration with IWS required
