Site supervisor required for a Successful and Growing residential builder South of Brisbane. The successful candidate must be a team player with a collaborative attitude in the workplace. Requirements

QBCC Site supervisors license or equivalent
Site set out and Coordination.
Scheduling trades and delivery of materials on site
Client & Trade liaison
Liaison with Construction Manager and Estimators
Ensuring projects are delivered within time frames
Adhering to QBCC building codes, compliance, quality and OH & S and practices
The Individual

1 + years Site supervising in QLD
Open to Leading Hands taking their next step
Exposure to Medium Density would be advantageous
Strong ability in driving projects as well as the ability to get the best out of trades and suppliers
Team player as well high level of customer service
Strong knowledge of building codes and practices within QLD
Loyal working history with direct report references
