About The Role
- Long-term employment opportunity in Australia's infrastructure growth region with a strong pipeline of projects ahead across South East Queensland.
- Lead a high performing team in the delivery of public and private landscape construction and sporting facility projects.
- Work alongside the industry's top performers to deliver quality projects for local councils and developers.
Jmac Constructions has an opportunity for a Landscape Leading Hand with experience in landscaping to contribute to our project portfolio of unique landscapes.
You will work closely with Foreman to monitor and drive construction progress to program and in line with drawings, specifications and health, safety, environment and quality requirements. With safety our highest priority, you will play a primary role in championing a safe working environment with a Zero Harm approach and ensure superior delivery of our projects.
The Following Qualities And Experience Are Essential
- Understanding of OHS and environmental requirements.
- Proven ability to motivate and drive team culture focused on delivery of client objectives.
- People and performance management skills of labour, subcontractors and suppliers to drive high performing teams.
- Demonstrated industry experience as a site supervisor in commercial scale landscaping.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous relevant experience working on hardscape / softscape projects is strongly desired.
