Trio Automotive Group Queensland P/L operate the local RACQ ESP in Gympie to Hervey Bay and are currently seeking Additional Employees in the area.

Your responsibilities will range from Changing tyres to Vehicle diagnostics on the roadside & in workshop. this job is not just a driving job.

You will be required to service your Customers Cars, Fleet vehicles at the depot & Provide Roadside Assistance to RACQ members when rostered on.

Your primary focus will be on member satisfaction and customer service.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum Open Medium Rigid Licence
• Must be able to do Yard duties
• Must have Smart Phone for work
• Quick Learner
• Ability to hit KPI's
• Excellent customer service
• Good with Computers and phones
• Great communication

• Flexible availability
• Able to work when rostered on either Weekdays, Nights & Weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 – $39.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Rotating roster
• Weekend

Supplementary Pay:

• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus

Experience:

• Tilt Tray: 1 year (Preferred)
• Weekend Work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Truck Driving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
