A privately owned and operated Tier 3 commercial builder with a focus in the retail, residential and government markets, with projects reaching $15M.

Based in the South Eastern suburbs this business is filled with great people and has a real close knit family feel.

This role will suit an experienced & proven Commercial Estimator who wants to take the next step, have autonomy in the Estimating process and ultimately be on a career path to divisional leader.

The role will offer flexibility; both in terms of how you operate but also in being able to work from home for a portion of your working week. 

You will work closely with the Director/Owner of the business ensuring projects won are right for the business.

Requirements

• Degree or tertiary qualification in Construction related field
• 5+ years working for a commercial builder in an Estimating or Precon Role
• Experienced tendering on commercial projects upwards of $5M
• Ability to work well with other teams in the business
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Unrestricted working rights
