An innovative Toowoomba-based engineering firm is looking for a talented and experienced Civil/Roads Engineer to deliver vital pavement and road projects in regional QLD and NSW. Having operated for over a decade, this company prides themselves on end-to-end project and design delivery and excellent client relationships. Your role will include:

• Managing road construction projects and teams to achieve high-quality and timely outcomes;
• Contributing to essential projects in regional QLD and NSW;
• Mentoring and developing the skills of your team;
• Working autonomously and managing projects from commencement to completion including scoping, planning, budgeting, design and project execution;
• Creating enduring relationships with clients to create a future pipeline of work; and
• Identifying and tendering for projects.
