Site Manager

A newly created role of Site Manager has become available at our Reynella site which houses our manufacturing and packaging businesses, reporting directly to our Commercial Operations Manager.

The Site Manager is primarily responsible for production being smooth and efficient and exceeding customer expectations as well as ensuring that the business sustains viability, meets quality and compliance requirements whilst ensuring the operations are run in accordance with SAGE’s strategic direction and operational business plan.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate relevant experience in the planning and procurement and associated lean techniques and processes in addition to:

• Overseeing the ongoing training to all employees
• Experience in managing / supervising a team of employees
• Sound time management skills to achieve individual and company objectives.

• Be willing to adapt work processes and training to ensure employees are productively engaged in the tasks.
