About the Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to join a family-owned and operated business that manufactures wall frames and roof trusses. Priding themselves on their extensive knowledge they offer excellent customer experience and superior products. There is the opportunity to work from either the Springvale or Warrnambool site.

Reporting directly to the Business Owner some of your responsibilities include:

• Estimating/detailing wall frames
• Reading residential & commercial plans
• Taking on-site measurements, managing quotes & liaising with clients
• General office duties incl answering phones, customer assistance & taking sales enquiries

About You

• Experience in the Truss & Frame industry
• Exposure to MiTek2020, Pryda & Multi Nail
• Experience in Truss estimation & detailing
• You will have a current Drivers Licence
• Committed to providing a high level of Customer Service
• Excellent phone manner and ideally some sales and negotiation skills
