The Company

One of the most south after building companies within Queensland with many years of experience building high quality homes and developments for many Australian family's is now looking for two experienced Building Supervisors. They have dedicated all their resources to refining and developing the way that they plan and build their homes to provide both clients and employers a truly rewarding experience.

With one of the fastest growing workbooks in Queensland, they are now looking for two Site Supervisor's to join their construction team and make their mark within the business. They are currently looking for Supervisors that can cover the South-side of Brisbane across one of their flagship development projects. With a truly enviable culture, a down to earth management team and projects that are all located within the same area this opportunity will certainly turn heads.

They have a very professional approach to bringing on experienced supervisors, you will receive training, support, and guidance from some of the most highly regarded, Directors and Owners to ensure you integrate into the business successfully.

The Role

• Work on the South-side of Brisbane on flagship development projects
• Site Supervisor will be delivering 15+ new homes at any point.
• Homes are of high quality - values will range from $200k -$500K across a mix of low set and high set homes.
• No work on the tools required, manage trades and suppliers.
• Receive strong office support from a full team of over 12 experienced customer service team members and a full team of both production and sales estimators.

What You Need

• 5+ year's experience delivering within the volume residential home building market.
• Experience working on both Low set and High set projects.
• Customer service is a big part of the role, so a friendly disposition and patience for customer enquiries is essential.
• An ability to work to Kpis including, Budget, Time, Quality, Client Communication and Safety

• Salary will be up to $120k plus super + Car, Laptop, Phone. The salary base may vary depending on your experience, but good experience will obtain the higher brackets.
