Golding are seeking a capable and experienced Urban Supervisor to work with our Urban team for an ongoing pipeline of projects in North Brisbane.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience on sub-division projects with the demonstrated ability to achieve quality, on time outcomes while maintaining excellent safety and environmental outcomes.

A tool of trade vehicle and iPhone will be provided as part of the package. This is a full time permanent position.

Key requirements:

• Provide supervision of crew, including managing performance and behaviour in the workplace
• Manage site safety and environmental compliance
• Manage sub-contractors
• Planning and coordination of resources to meet project objectives
• Ability to integrate engineering and construction methodologies
• Experience in structural concrete on Civil Construction sites
• Read and interpret drawings and surveys
• Ability to work hands on if required
• Strong communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal
