About the role
This Government agency is seeking an Application Architect/Designer to take business and solution architecture requirements and translate them into high level and details solution designs and architectures that integrate with the enterprise architecture.

Reporting to the Architecture Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of different projects. It is a 12 months fixed term contract.

You will be responsible for

• End to end operability for new technology project and enhancements
• Ensure the solution design is fit for purpose and optimal and integrates with the environment
• Lead the analysis of business and application and integration solution requirements
• Develop and review high level solution architectures and detailed design documentation
• Deliver longer term business operating model design, delivery and transition

You will have

• Min 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture and design
• Experience in developing applications and integration architecture
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project methods
• TOGAF certification
