As such we are looking for a highly experienced Global Platform Engineer to provide technical expertise across the business and our regions.

About you:

• 7+ years of technology-related work experience
• 5+ years’ experience with the technologies listed under “Essential Skills”
• Experience with DevOps tooling/scripts and automated deployments
• Demonstrate essential knowledge about networking, such as DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Able to handle various medium-sized projects and tasks concurrently with minimal supervision
• Have excellent spoken and written communication skills

Essential skills:

• Expert/Advanced skills in Microsoft Endpoint Manager including MECM (SCCM), Intune, SCEP
• Active Directory/Group Policy
• Workstation SOE Build and Configuration
• You will be providing 2nd and 3rd level support, with strong engagement with vendors, customers, international peers and the Digital Experience team (Desktop Support)

Desirable skills

• Adaptiva OneSite
• CyberArk EPM and PAM
• Citrix (VDI, Application presentation, NetScalers)
• Azure Active Directory & Conditional Access Policies
• Management of Windows 2008-2019 Server Infrastructure
• Working understanding of VMWARE
• Service Now
• Exposure to hyper-scalers such as GCP, AWS or Azure
• SQL Server Reporting Services
• Scripting technologies such as Powershell
