The company
A Tier 2 builder who have been operating between the Gold Coast and Brisbane for over 50 years are a consistent winner each year at the MBA awards and have created a very good name for themselves in the QLD building industry. They are known for delivering projects in the residential, education and industrial sectors from $5M to $200M.
The role – Finishing Foreman
They are looking for a Foreman who is string on the finishes to join a team on a $55M apartment project located on the Gold Coast. You will be working under an experienced Site Manager and will report to your PM who will also be based on site.
To be considered for this role you must have experience as a Finishing Foreman on high rise residential projects with a similar size builder (Tier 1 or Tier 2)

- Come from a trade background
- Previous experience with projects of $30M plus
- Multi level residential experience
- Must show stability with previous employers
- Apartment experience is key
- Be strong on finishing but an all rounder would be preferred
- Someone who is ambitious and self-motivated
- A team player
