$70-90k + super + vehicle + laptop + phone + BONUS

KW Roofing have been providing the highest quality residential, commercial and industrial roofing and steel cladding for over 15 years through country Victorian and NSW, and into metropolitan areas.

In your new role you will:

  • Report to the Operations Manager and Managing Director; liaise with clients and builders.
  • Supervise Leading Hands and Subcontractors; build the capability and competence of team members through mentoring, training and development.
  • Perform pre-inspection, measure up, provide quotes, oversee scheduling, identify variations, sign off on completed works.
  • Ensure on-site safety, be responsible for policies, procedures and required documentation.

You will have:

  • 10 years’ experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor in Metal Roof Plumbing and/or Builder in the Construction Industry.
  • A relevant trade qualification with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • A strong work ethic, initiative, and a can-do attitude.
