About the Company

My client are a boutique home builder who are looking for a proven Site Supervisor or Site Manager with boutique home experience to lead and manage multiple projects across the South Eastern suburbs. The Company is a custom home builder with each house being a bespoke custom design that requires unique drawings, specifications and selections. 

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor /Site Manager with this group, you will report directly to the Director, and will be supported by a CA in supervising up to 7 custom home builds. The projects you will undertake are typically valued up to $3m and are all bespoke design and construct. 


As Site Supervisor /Site Manager you will have full responsibility for the planning, organising and managing the overall sites. As well as the following;

  • Site control trade coordination
  • Maintaining a high quality build on all projects
  • Obtaining and retaining high quality subcontractors
  • Ensuring a safe work environment across managed sites by ensuring OH&S requirements are observed
  • Building trust and rapport with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of policies and procedures apply to the company’s custom home building processes

Skills and Experience

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor /Site Manager who is looking to further their career with a business that will give you full autonomy and an excellent 5 day working week. 

My client are looking for someone that has a proven Site Supervisor /Site Manager background and has experience delivering similar projects. With the ideal candidate having both a boutique and volume background. 

You will also have experience completing the following;

  • Highly organised with excellent planning and scheduling skills
  • Self-discipline to meet goals and targets
  • “Can do” attitude to resolving building issues on jobs
  • Ability to effectively supervise multiple building site and prioritise tasks
  • Computer literate and willing to learn and use a construction management system
  • Good list of trade contacts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and subcontractors
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation
  • Good Microsoft Word and Excel Skills
