We are looking to add a Mechanical Engineer - College Hire to Bechtel’s exciting M&M team in Perth to support our growing workload. The person we are looking for will be a self-starter and be used to adopting innovative approaches to mechanical engineering tasks and activities. A positive attitude is important for this role with 1 to 3 years post graduatation experience.
The mechanical engineer will perform mechanical engineering and design activities for one or a variety of Bechtel Mining and Metal projects. Under the guidance of Senior Engineers and the supervision of the Engineering Group Supervisor (EGS), the engineer will be involved in developing the mechanical design from feasibility stage right through to detailed design and execution phase. The Mechanical Engineer will report functionally to the Chief Mechanical Engineer.
