Our client is a well established structural consultant with over 25 years of design experience specialising in multi-storey commercial and residential Building projects for the private and public sectors. They are currently seeking to expand their building's division, as a result of this growth they seek and experienced Lead Structural Engineer with strong design skills to join their team.

The successful applicant will have:

• Ideally 10-15 years experience in the detail design of local commercial & residential building projects (local project experience is essential)
• Current Registered Building Practitioner licence
• Extensive Steel and Reinforced Concrete design experience
• Previous experience leading a team or as a Design Manager (not essential but highly regarded)
• High degree of proficiency with ETABS,RAPT & RAM CONCEPT
• Friendly Personality and able to work in a tight knit environment
• Ability to promote services to existing and develop new clients
• A strong network with builders and architects in Victoria
• Above all excellent presentation and communication skills

You will manage a small team of engineer s and drafters and work closely with highly engaged directors and associates.
