A key client of AXIONiQ's requires an experienced Civil Supervisor to join their project Team. You will be working on an exciting renewable energy project located in Port Augusta. Our client is a global constructor in infrastructure and renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience working in a Civil Supervisor’s role.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage onsite sub-contractors
• Ensure site safety requirements are adhered to by sub-contractors
• Ensure quality of work undertaken meets the required standards
• Ensure QA/QC processes are followed by the sub-contractor
• Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor
• Experience in earthworks and concrete works
• Wind farm experience is highly regarded
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills
