Mechanically minded Workshop Trade Assistants required for a manufacturing business located near Perth Airport. Previous experience in an Industrial Manufacturing environment will be highly regarded for shortlisting.

Essential to apply for this role:

• Experience in an Industrial Manufacturing environment – preferably with metal product
• Mechanical aptitude – working on engines, steel parts or similar
• Forklift ticket essential
• Take measurements and cut to size as required
• Strong understanding of the imperial measurement system
• Basic machining or metal preparation would be highly regarded
• Knowledge of nuts, bolts and tools
• Be able to pass a drug screen & pass ongoing random site testing
• Current drivers licence and reliable transport
• Ability to work with people from varied back grounds and cultures

On Offer:

• Day Shift – Mon – Thurs (6.00-14.30) & Fri (6.00-12.00)
• Afternoon Shift – Mon – Thurs (15.30 – 00.00) & Fri (15.30 – 21.30)

• Temp to Permanent opportunity
• Day Shift Casual Pay Rate – $26.49 per hour
• Afternoon shift Casual Pay Rate – $ 30.46 per hour
