Building Supervisor Our client is seeking an experienced Building Supervisor for a residential unitownhouse development to supervise and manage all work carried out on site. You will need relevant trade ndustry professional background (ideally carpentry, drafting or architecture), with a minimum 5 years relevant full-time working experience in a Building Supervisory role for an Australian based residential builder. You will be confident in managing and monitoring compliance with construction documentation, regulations and construction standards. Experience and skill set: Interpret working, structural and services drawings Communicate with sub-contractors and suppliers in coordinating deliveries and work Strong WH & S understanding Ensuring quality and workmanship are maintained Ensure that all contract obligations are met in an efficient manner Provide Construction schedules Identify construction and scheduling issues, consult with Construction Manager and establish construction program. Maintain on a fortnightly basis Responsibility for issue, Co-ordination and collation of Variation Orders Maintain good communication with management.
