About the Company

This well-known construction company was established over 50 years ago. They specialise within commercial, retail, government and education projects in South East Queensland and currently looking to secure an experienced Site Manager to join the team and will be ear marked for a $10m retail project.

About the Role

Your role will be responsible for:
  • Managing day to day operational duties & ensuring project is delivered on time and to budget;
  • Managing and coordinating a team of Tradesmen and Subcontractors on-site;
  • Liaising with clients ensuring successful delivery of the project to schedule;
  • Lead by example in terms of compliance with safety, health, quality and environmental regulations and procedures; and
  • Developing and building strong rapport with site teams, internal and external stakeholders.
About You

The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • An extensive and proven background in commercial built form projects (retail an advantage) to $10m;
  • You must have a trade background within carpentry;
  • Longevity with past employers; and
  • Want to grow with a company – this is an opportunity for a Site Manager to join a well-established company with a very strong pipeline of projects and we want to attract the best in the business.
