JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Description

Our client are a family owned business with a reputation for delivering high quality products and services. They are seeking a Fitter and Turner apprentice with a can-do attitude, looking for a long term career. This is a great opportunity to learn and gain skills on the job, and be set up with a quality company.

They are looking for a person with:
-Good attitude
-All-rounder that will take on new challenges
-Has license (own car not essential, as there are work vehicles)
-White Card
-Previous experience with metal work or other trade aligned skills would be an advantage

The role:

Your duties will include general machining- shafts key ways, fitting bearings, drive systems, gearbox rebuild, servicing and preventative maintenance checks.

This is a full time role, working 38 hours per week (overtime as required).
