Grade: SNSW 9/10

Salary: starting from $111,806 plus leaveloading and superannuation

Service NSW is looking for a Senior Development Operations Engineers tojoin the SNSW Product Security Team

About the Senior Development Operations Engineer role

We are currently seeking to appoint Senior Development Operations(DevOps) Engineers responsible for establishing and operating theunit’s platform and ensuring that all services are working and runningoptimally. This includes DevOps platform engineering, implementing base serviceofferings, platform maintenance/administration and issue resolution to ensurebest practice administration is embedded and products are fit for purpose.

To be successful in this role you will It is expected that you willdeliver IT excellence, create innovative solutions, and provide coaching andmentoring to other team members to achieve high levels of performance inmeeting project objectives, as well as demonstrate: 

  • Experience with Agile, DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is strongly desired 
  • Demonstrated experience with establishing Dev/ Ops environments including Cloud, Development
  • Platforms and Containerisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in CI and CD utilising Bitbucket, Bamboo and SVN
  • Demonstrated experience in support tools including Splunk, Jira, Confluence, Directory Services and Okta
