ICE Maintain is seeking Expressions of Interest from highly capable and experienced Trades Assistants to join our Maintenance/Construction Wind Farm Teams in various locations across Australia.

For this role the Candidate will be able to undertake the following:

• Ensure compliance with all necessary HSE regulations relating to the role and site
• Liaise with on-site Clients and Supervisors in a professional manner if necessary
• Be willing to travel across various Australian locations/states
• A “can do” attitude aligned to our culture and value

Mandatory Skills

• Current Working at Heights training completed within 3 years
• Current First Aid training completed (with 3 years of completing training)
• OHS Construction Induction White Card
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Availability to start immediately
• The ability to pass a full medical
• Must be a team player
• Must have good communication skills both verbal and written
• Must have a commitment to working safely

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Experience in mechanical Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
• Previous experience working on Wind Farms advantageous, but not essential
• Candidates who are able to use their own initiative and have excellent self-management skills
