ICE Maintain is a division of ICE Engineering & Construction Pty Ltd, a South Australian based Electrical and Instrumentation constructor that operates nationally.

ICE Maintain provides specialised industrial support services to the Renewable Industry, Wind and Solar Sectors.

Great opportunity! We're seeking suitably experienced & qualified Electrical Wind Technicians to join our team for an Electrical Completion project.

Preference will be given to Electrician's with up-tower experience - you are strongly encouraged to apply for a potential immediate start if you have this experience.

Must have:

  • Current Working at Heights training (must be within 2 years) 
  • Current First Aid training (completed within 3 years)
  • Current CPR / LVR training (within 12 months)
  • Current Unrestricted Electrical Licence to work in NSW or be willing to get Mutual Recognition
  • Construction Induction White Card
  • Current Driver’s Licence (able to drive a manual vehicle)
  • Own hand tools (a list can be provided if requested)
  • The ability to pass a full medical
  • Able to mobilise quickly
  • The ability to work through to Christmas 2020

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous up-tower experience working on a Wind Farm at heights
  • Heights Rescue / Tower Rescue training 
  • Candidates who are able to use their own initiative and have excellent self-management skills
  • A team player with the ability to lead when required with “can do” attitude aligned to our culture and values
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written & a commitment to working safely
  • Be willing to learn new skills and engineering solutions provided by the company
  • Be willing to travel across various locations/states
