ICE Engineering and Construction, part of the E&A Limited group of companies, is a specialist Electrical and Instrumentation Installation company that operates in the Heavy Industrial sectors.

Having recently been awarded a number of Adelaide based projects predominately in the Defense industry, ICE is currently seeking applications from highly capable and experienced Electrical Construction Supervisors with relevant experience.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• SA Electrical Licence (or interstate mutually recognised equivalent)
• Hazardous Area Certification (EEHA)
• Relevant Qualifications in Leadership would be highly regarded
• Minimum of 5 years previous Supervision Experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

• Demonstrated Construction experience in Industrial and Mining Industries
• A strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• A team leader who can oversee electrical workers and apprentices to ensure they meet compliance and efficiency targets
• Able to motivate staff to perform, taking responsibility for project deadlines within OHS and quality standards.
• Able to liaise with Project Managers and Estimators and assist in planning and management of electrical projects from tender to construction.
