In this role, you will be:

  • supervise external subcontractors to ensure compliance to company safety, quality and contractual standards monitor the ongoing performance of subcontractors
  • work closely with construction engineer’s/deployment manager to coordinate start dates, site inductions, inspections and material delivery to sites provide daily progress reporting, issues, concerns etc. develop and maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders,conduct field safety, environmental and quality control audits,supervise all civil construction elements,Experience installing and commissioning transmission systems, DC Rectifiers, Batteries, and DC power distribution,Analytical approach to fault resolution and use of test equipment,Willingness to travel regularly to site across the state for WHS and OH&S procedures also possible interstate travel,Extensive work experience with in the Communication industry in Australia.

Key Accountability:

  • Ensure designs meets quality requirements based on Process document and guidelines, Construct & Deliver the sites both internally/externally by referring all customer standards.Preparation, Verification & Validation of network designs,Provide technical support to team
  • Ensure designs meets quality requirements based on Process document and guidelines
  • Ensure designs are delivered on-time with high productivity rate,Ensure to deliver cost effective design solutions

Quality Control/Assurance:

  • Ensure designs meets quality requirements based on Process document and guidelines
  • Ensure improved performance & quality service delivery on weekly/monthly basis
  • Drive best practice in line with company Framework and Best Practices,Ensure the provision of consistently high-quality services to our customers;
  • Work effectively as part of the team, with both internal and external key stakeholders.
