Crest Nicholson's Eastern Division are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager for our Finberry development in Kingsnorth, Ashford. This site has a beautiful collection of traditional 2-4 bedroom houses.

We are now looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join us at this development. It is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to take on the challenge of supporting in the build of 50 homes, essentially from scratch. You will be encouraged to show your skillset during this build, with opportunities at bigger more complex sites available to outstanding candidates.

The successful candidate will be overseeing subcontractors, working to ensure a smooth build process, working proactively to identify potential problems and finding solutions to ensure we never compromise on the build quality or safety on site.

You will operate and control the site strictly in accordance with the Method Statement and ensuring each property is completed on time and available to the purchaser fit for occupation. Any issues that arise during the build, as well as post-production will require immediate attention, with a cost effective solution implemented to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

To be considered you should have experience in a similar capacity within construction, and ideally within a housebuilding company.
