Who we’re looking for:

Due to significant growth opportunities, BMD Urban are in the market for an experienced Civil Estimator to price a range of diverse civil infrastructure projects.

Opportunities are available based from our corporate offices in Brisbane, Townsville, Sydney and Melbourne. The successful applicants will estimate projects across;

• Land development – Residential and Industrial subdivisions
• Water/Sewer upgrades
• Road infrastructure for local councils and TMR
• Defence contracts

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

• preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience in Civil Estimating
• A mix of project and estimating experience is welcomed
• First principle estimating experience
• Experience with the development and review of subcontractor work packages
• Exposure to Expert Estimation is desirable
• Flexibility to travel when required.
