Site Manager - New-Build and Fit-Out Projects

Site Manager - (5 - 10) years' experience on medium to large scale new-build projects across commercial Hospitality, Education, Health & Aged Care sectors. Projects valued from $10Mil - $120Mil. Also seeking a 5 + years' experience for a small to medium range of fit-out and refurbishment projects across similar sectors throughout key locations in Canberra.

5-10 years (min) proven site management experience
Trade qualification or associated tertiary qualification
Strong experience in project programming & planning
Proven ability to assist with scheduling and programming of site works
Proven track record of successfully delivering new-build projects valued between $10Mil - $120Mil new build or small to medium fit-out/refurb projects
A sound knowledge of WHS&E with solid communication and relationship building skills
A true passion for the construction industry coupled with driven & positive personality
Analysis and problem-solving skills to respond appropriately to a range of project requirements
Identify project risks and opportunities, and take appropriate and timely action using strong initiative
