Workforce Analytics has designed world-leading technologies and methodologies to help businesses unlock a superior level of performance. They use factual insights to improve the way clients engage their workforce, swapping rough guesses with sophisticated maths, data science, optimisation, AI and machine learning allowing clients to be certain about a broad range of questions relating to how to construct and manage their workforce in the most optimal fashion.

This newly created role will provide an experienced and driven Dev Ops Engineer the opportunity to set-up new infrastructure and enhance existing infrastructure. You will also have exposure to interesting technologies and be involved in the future direction of the engineering function, whilst working with a talented multidisciplinary team.

About the role:

  • Contribute and drive a strong DevOps culture with a focus on collaboration
  • Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
  • Loggin, monitoring and support of critical applications
  • Maintain a high level of security compliance
  • Deploy and maintain Ruby-On-Rails and Javascript applications
  • Implement tools to enable support and development teams

About you:

  • A strong knowledge of AWS including EC2, ECS, fargate and security requirements
  • An expert in IAC and Terraform or similar tools
  • An expert in CI/CD and exposure to multiple deployment tools
  • The ability to architect scalable solutions for new cloud services
  • An extensive background with containerisation in Docker
  • Executing an automation-first approach
  • Demonstrated experience setting up and maintaining effective logging, monitoring and alerting to maintain service accessibility
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Passion for emerging technologies in the DevOps space

Based in Richmond, this is a full-time permanent role.
