About the role
360 Personnel is looking for a leading hand with civil construction knowledge. You will be running your own team of plant operators, pipe layers and skilled labourers, to undertake a diverse range of civil roads and infrastructure projects.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years civil construction industry experience
• Minimum 2 years previous experience as a leading hand
• Focused on running a safe working environment
• Previous experience in setting out of pipework, manholes, reinforcement, concrete pouring, form work, excavation, trenching, roads and asphalt.
• Able to do the physical requirement of the project
• Knowledge of subdivisions
• Hold a physical copy of a construction industry white card
• Need to be able to interpret drawings
• Need to have sound knowledge of laser levels/GPS
• Will be required to run job sites from inductions to sign off
• Competent machine operating skills, on an excavator, roller and posi-track/skid steer operation
• Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
