The Client

You will be working for a multidisciplinary Civil Contractor operating throughout Victoria for over a decade. They are well established, have a solid client base and have tripled in size over the last couple of years. Due to this growth and a solid pipeline of work they are looking to hire 2 more PE/SPE/PM's.

The Role and Responsibilities

Road/Infrastructure Maintenance PE/PM. Preferably coming from maintenance background, ideally used MEX software, data/analytical focused, understand design. You will have 3 supervisors and 25 maintenece personnel under them. Organising staff, stakeholder management, manage financials etc.

Road/Infrastructure Construction PE/PM. Someone coming from road/infrastructure construction. Role involves working with Design MGR and 8 people - 4 designers and 4 Traffic Planers, liaisie with stakeholders and government bodies, strong on commercial / financial side of Project management.

These are great opportunities for Engineers looking to step up into a Project Manager position or Project Managers looking to have control / autonomity over their own departments. With the growth the business is having there's also great opportunity for future growth and career progression.

Requirements
BSs Civil Engineering
5+ years in Australia experience in civil construction/maintenance
Great communication skills
Experience working on road/infrastructure projects
Good attitude and work ethic
