- The Company
Robert Half has partnered with a global insurance institution that is in an urgent need for a Program Solutions Architect to join their team. On offer is a permanent position in their Sydney CBD office and the promise of a fast-paced and fulfilling role.
The Role
In this role you will be working across the following:- Develop flexible, adaptable, modular, and reusable business solution architecture designs in collaboration with product delivery and operation support teams
- Develop solutions and road-maps on applications transformation and modernisation
- Support evolution of architecture blueprints & reference models and facilitate their enablement and adoption within the enterprise
- Implement appropriate solution architecture governance processes and tools while maintaining a key focus on design patterns and technology standards
- Maintain a country-level repository of architecture assets (Platforms, Services, APIs) and promote effective reuse across A&NZ
- Act as an enabler of Agile and DevOps practices in collaboration with product delivery and operation support teams
- Align with the Regional Architecture group in such a way global strategies and standards could be adapted in A&NZ
- Experience in development of architecture methodologies and standards
- Demonstrated passion and ability to leverage technology to evolve and meet client needs
- Experience in Integration Architectures from Service Bus to API Mediation and Event Bus models
- Experience in System Integration using Duck Creek or similar product.
- Proven track record in relationship-building and driving change in a matrixed work environment
- Experience in cloud solution design and implementation of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS and hybrid models
- Understanding of platform design and technology considerations to build out an ecosystem for producers and consumers
- Experience in modern programming languages including JavaScript based frameworks like Node.js, React.js and/or Angular
